The Presbytery of the Redwoods is a regional body of the Synod of the Pacific and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).  We are 47 churches, 4,204 congregational members, and 126 minister members.  Our geographical boundaries stretch along the northern California coast from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Oregon border, including the counties of Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Lake, Mendocino, and Humboldt.  We are a partnership of Christ's disciples with a variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.  In the midst of our diversity and differences, we respect and support one another as we carry out our individual ministries and our common mission as a presbytery.

2025 Pastors' Medical Plan Options
The PC(USA) Board of Pensions is changing the way medical insurance benefits for pastors and their families are structured beginning January, 2025.
Congregations with installed pastors need to negotiate with their pastors about the benefits options and submit their Employer Agreement to the Board of Pensions after August 12 and before October 4.
As our regional Church Consultant, Christine will provide an overview of the options, answer questions, and share the next steps for pastors and congregations.
